ROWDY GROUP CLASSES
Rowdy55 is our 55-minute signature class with 10 rounds. Following the functional warm-up and tempo shadow boxing, rounds alternate between the water bags and our customized benches. Class ends with a cool down.
Box50 is 50-minutes of straight boxing! Following the functional warm-up and tempo shadow boxing, you’ll have 10 rounds that alternate between boxing combos, power punches, quick punches, and some core work.
Rowdy Recovery (R+R) is a 10-round recovery class that focuses on active-release therapy, yoga, and stretching. Class is set to dark lights and music videos.
A 55-minute boxing-fundamentals focused class. Following the all class functional warm-up and shadowboxing, rounds are split evenly between boxing to the beat and technical boxing.
MITT & HIIT
MITT & HIIT is a 60-minute, 5-person (max capacity) class. If you want private training, but also want the structure of a RowdyBox class, this is for you. It’s 12 3-minute rounds, split between boxing and strength. You’ll get a few rounds on the mitts with a certified boxing coach, a few rounds on the bag, and a few rounds on our customized weight benches.

RowdyBox private training sessions are personalized to your fitness goals. Sessions are 60 minutes. The workout includes a warmup, shadowboxing, mitt work, heavy bag work, and strength exercises.
