Arrival
Arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Check-in at the front desk. Meet your Coach!
First timer glove rentals on us. Must have wraps. we sell quick wraps in studio.
Enjoy our locker rooms, locker storage, our water station and grab a sweat towel on your way in the rowdy room.
Where to Start?
Upon booking class, you can choose to start on either the Fitbench or Aqua Bag.
The choice is yours!
Head to your bench – or bag- upon entering the Rowdy Room.

Warm-Up
All classes start with a Functional, Total-body warm-up and shadowboxing. gloves off.

3 Rounds
On the bench or the bag. 3 minute rounds. Coach guided.

3 Rounds
Move to the other station. 3 minute rounds. Coach guided.

2 Rounds
Switch back to where you started class. 3 minute rounds. Coach guided.

2 Rounds
Final room switch. 3 minute rounds. Coach guided.

Burnout
A peak finisher! 3 minutes of explosive, high intensity interval training.

Cool-Down
Stretch it out, slow it down.
