What’s the Same?

  • You set your goal! We’re offering 2 tracks; 1) You must complete 40 classes in 60 days or 2) You must complete 25 classes in 60 days. RowdyBox group classes, Small Group Training, and Private Training all count!

  • The winners are determined by the total changes in their pre and post InBody Composition Scan results. The participants that have the highest total score (lbs muscle gained + % body fat lost), that ALSO completed the requisite classes, win.

What’s Different? 

  • We’re offering mid-challenge InBody scans. The third body scan will allow you to determine if what you’re doing is working, taken somewhere around the midway point. If so, boom, there’s your inspiration. If not, it’s back to the drawing board to figure out how to get the results you want.

  • Similar to previous Challenges, we’ll offer weekend workshops. 2 of our workshops will be nutrition focused and open to participants of both tracks, free of charge. These nutrition workshops will be 60 minutes in length.

  • 6 of our workshops will be boxing skill focused. These workshops will be 75 minutes in length and inspired by the specific boxing skills of timely professional boxers (ahem, Paul, Tyson, Joshua, Usyk, Fury). These workshops are free for participants of the 40 in 60 track – while $40 for those on the 25 in 60 track, and all other members. 20 person capacity. 

  • All Fight Club participants will receive a Limited Edition Rowdy Crew Neck.

  • All Fight Club participants will receive a nutrition e-book (“Eat Like a Boxer”) and a 7-day meal plan.

How do you win Fight Club?

How to win the challenge! 📈muscle+ 📉fat. The winner is decided based on this equation X = 10(% of fat lost) + 10(lb of muscle gained). For example, if you lost 2% body fat and gained 1 lb of muscle, you’d have a score of 30. 🧮 The highest score wins! This is determined by our Inbody machine.

DO I HAVE TO BUY THE FIGHT club PACKAGE TO PARTICIPATE?

Yes! If you are currently a RowdyBox member, we will freeze your account once the challenge starts. Pricing for each track is listed above! 

I have Classes that will expire during Fight Club

We can help! If you have classes that will expire during Fight Club, we will extend the expiration. Email our lovely RowdyBox Concierge, Angela, if you have specific concerns related to your current membership. If you’re worried about your monthly membership, please know we’ll freeze your membership until after Fight Club ends.
