Introducing our newest Rowdy coach, @msolarpower 🙌 Welcome to the team, Mara! 🤍 This Rowdy OG hits the Rowdy Room stage this week! With over a decade of experience coaching fitness, she’s musical, athletic, fun-loving and tenacious on the bag! 🥊

“I started my fitness career in 2014 after completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Since then, I’ve taught and trained others in multiple modalities including Barre and Lagree. I started boxing at Rowdy in 2021 and immediately fell in love. As a former dancer, the combos felt like choreography, and the strength I felt after each class was enough to have me hooked. What I’m looking forward to the most in coaching at Rowdy is becoming more entrenched in the amazing community that has become my sanctuary these last four years. This space, community, and the elite coaches have kept me happy, sane, and strong, and I’m so excited to continue to learn and grow with all of you!”
